More Spring Break Fun

I feel like we were always busy during our spring break, so I'm glad we got to relax a little on Whidbey first. After spending one night at home, we left again to see some cousins. The kids love playing together! They played all day and talked late into the night. The next day we met up with Dad and Jay and went to Dash Point State Park. It was another beautiful day and we went for a little hike before letting the kids play at the beach. I love that so many state parks around here have both hiking and a beach. It's pretty amazing!

Matthew didn't want to be in a picture, he wanted to get started already!

This was such a cool tree slide!

Matthew took my camera for a while so I have lots of pictures of the trail that we were on. Lots! This is one of the few he took of people.

I love how Matthew is running to Isabel.

After the park, we went to Dad's house and the kids kept right on playing. There was some serious sadness when it was time to go home. I'm glad that the kids love each other so much.

The boys also went to a "Culture Camp" during the break. Their favorite babysitter put it on and they learned about a new country each day. They tried new foods and made cool crafts. It sounds like it was really cool!

We played with a couple other friends, made cinnamon rolls, watched movies, my cousin and his family came over one day, and I finished getting our garden boxes ready for planting (with Jon and the boys' help). It was a very busy, and fun spring break. Now I need to sleep for a few days to recover!
