Cousin Camp

To celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of Summer, we got together with the local cousins. Isabel planned some activities for us to do. Everyone had a blast!

First up was making slime and lava lamps.

Next was tie-dying. I couldn't really take pictures of the process since it was very hands on, but the finished products turned out great.

There was a bit of Minecraft playing too

And some show watching

At bedtime there was some reading

and lots of giggling!
We let them fall asleep all together, but moved my kids out later since dear Matthew thinks waking up at 6:30 is fun.

The next morning, Matthew wanted to lead us on a walk.

We had a stop at the park to play a game of tag and to let Matthew swing (he figured out how to do it last week and loves to use his new skill!)

After the park, we continued our nature walk.

Sophia found and caught the cutest little frog!

We tried to teach Sean to drive, but it didn't end well. Just kidding!

Once we got home, it was time for water balloon fun.

It was such a great couple of days! We just needed the other cousins to make it perfect. Here's to many more beautiful, fun-filled summer days!
