A Week with the Garners (looong post!)

The G's and Moshfeghi's came up to visit for a week, so we had to go join the party!

We had many meals in the court yard.

The kids played and played and played

There were art clubs formed and the kids tried to sell us their pieces. 

Movie night 

One night there was a cousin sleepover in the apartment (with Grandma to supervise). From what I heard, there was lots of giggling and not very much sleeping. Sounds about right. 

Olympic Sculpture Park

  

  

  

There was a little beach below the sculpture park, and the kids needed to play there. 

Lots of work was done in Dad's wetlands. New trails were created and Maisy got practicing finding kids.

We got to be in charge of Ella while Creed and Holly went to Italy, and she just fell right in with the rest of the wild kiddos. 

M had a birthday, so we had to celebrate that too. Rex flew in for the weekend too, so it was fun to have everyone there (except Adam).

The bigger kids made a trail and named it M's trail for her birthday.

We went to American Lake for some kayaking and beach fun.

There is a roped off area for swimming and the kids had a great time there. They made fish traps (rings of rocks under the water) and a hot tub (a hole dug close to the shore).

  

  

After the lake, we went and played at Amy's for a while.  

   

The tea party of Sprite and Skittles and Life Savers. 

I'm so glad that everyone came up so we could have some fun cousin time. I sure love this family of ours!
