Pacific Science Center

I've made many more trips to Seattle this summer that I had planned, but we keep having fun, so I guess it's ok.

A few weeks ago, our library held an activity with a travelling exhibit from the Pacific Science Center and the kids loved it, so we decided to make a trip to the actual Center and see what else they offered. Also, we heard there is a butterfly pavilion there too and Matthew's really loving butterflies right now. That's pretty much all I took pictures of there. I hope you like butterflies too, because...

I love the green in this one

Matthew sat so patiently here hoping this guy would walk onto his hand. It finally did, but promptly flew away.

Then it flew right onto his shirt! I called him the butterfly whisperer and he loved that nickname.

Outside, there are a bunch of interactive water features. It was loads of fun!

We might have to try this out some day. Ella would either love the butterflies or be terrified of them. I can't decide, but looks like there is a lot crammed into that place!
